Leanne Hodyl
Director

As a nationally recognised leader in city-shaping, Leanne is known for the clarity of insight that she brings to every project.

A trusted advisor to government, industry and the community, Leanne brings a rare capacity to synthesise strategic thinking, creative solution-making, technical knowledge, research, and the voices of diverse stakeholders and lived communities into compelling and effective solutions.

Over the past two decades, Leanne has led organisations and multi-disciplinary teams across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. From 2016 to 2025 she led Hodyl & Co, which delivered award-winning, city-shaping projects across Australia.
