Working independently or as project director of multi-disciplinary project teams. Leanne works across all project stages, including defining the problem, designing effective project methods to deliver a solution, undertaking urban research, stakeholder engagement, and synthesising creative thinking, complex technical knowledge and diverse perspectives into compelling and engaging strategies, policy, research and plans.

Through collaborative engagement and stakeholder facilitation

Designing and facilitating internal and external multi-stakeholder conversations towards the creation of collective strategies and solutions to complex urban problems.
