Hodyl advises those who design, plan, govern and invest in our cities.

Leanne works directly with clients and collaborators to provide independent advice and tailored solutions to complex urban challenges. She does this in three ways.

As a trusted advisor

Providing urban strategy and design advice to government, developers and not-for-profit organisations based on expertise developed over decades of strategic thinking and implementation of urban projects. This includes working directly within organisational teams, peer review and expert evidence.

Through project definition and leadership

Working independently or as project director of multi-disciplinary project teams. Leanne works across all project stages, including defining the problem, designing effective project methods to deliver a solution, undertaking urban research, stakeholder engagement, and synthesising creative thinking, complex technical knowledge and diverse perspectives into compelling and engaging strategies, policy, research and plans.

Through collaborative engagement

Working as a member of interdiscipinary project teams, and designing and facilitating internal and external stakeholder conversations towards the creation of collective solutions to shared problems.
